It’s official, spring is here and the winter blues is nothing more than a distant and blurry memory. And that’s a good thing.
With days are getting longer and warmer, the choice of outdoor activities (including yoga) is almost endless and so there is absolutely no excuse not to offer our lungs the fresh air they need and our skin (carefully protected of course) the sun it craves.
Yes, it might still be chilly in the mornings but my heart warms up the minute I wake up to the sound of birds singing and get ready for my morning routine.
